In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds, and blessings and peace upon the Seal of the Prophets, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions.
With the release of the fourth issue in June of 2023, the magazine concludes its seventh year with a new name and format. Throughout its seven years, the magazine has presented valuable peer-reviewed scientific research in its various topics, distinguished by its presentation, depth, and authenticity. It has addressed many legal facts and issues that require clarification of legal rulings in a clear and accessible manner. We hope that the goal aimed at by this university, seeking scientific and research advancement, will be achieved, reaching the highest levels of excellence, quality, and community service.
The seventh year of the magazine has been abundant in contributions, publishing 190 research articles in various legal fields, distributed across 4 quarterly issues, with two parts in each issue. The number of published articles has been increased to 50 per issue, with around three hundred submissions received.
With the upcoming issue, the magazine will undergo a significant digital transformation, where all procedures will become electronic, starting from receiving the research to its evaluation and final publication.
On this occasion, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the completion, continuous progress, brilliance, and increased local and regional presence of the magazine.
