Abstract : The general rule in jurisprudence, judiciary, and law is that whoever causes damage to the rights of others and their legitimate and protected reconciliation according to the provisions of the law must pay appropriate compensation for the damage he has caused, but there are cases that prevent a ruling on compensation, as is the case with force majeure. If the damage occurred due to force majeure, it does not indicate to the victim the right to pay compensation. If it occurs, he is not liable for compensation.
