The impact of applying the law of governorates not organized in a region No. 21 of 2008 as amended on administrative decentralization in Iraq

Abstract

Abstrac :This research examines the legal and economic implications of applying administrative decentralization in Iraqi governorates, especially those that are not organized into a region as stated in Law No. 21 of 2008, as amended. This research aims to study the extent to which the law enables local governments to intervene in social, legal and economic activity, and how this is reflected in all economic, social and legal variables in the governorates.
