Abstract. :Violations of the sanctity of private life have become widespread through modern technologies, including hologram technology, as this technology has caused the disclosure of secrets and personal information of some people, especially those famous scientifically, artistically, or in the world of commerce and finance, and has caused damage to their reputation and social, personal and financial status. From this standpoint, the idea of ​​research came in order to establish the legal basis for protecting this right and to determine the nature of the responsibility arising from its violation and the mechanism for compensating it to redress the damages resulting from it.
