Abstract

Abstract: Most national and international legislation has attempted to protect children's rights from any abuse they may be exposed to. Due to their vulnerability and inability to protect themselves from abuse by others, they go through several stages, the most important of which is the fetal stage in their mother's womb. Here, protection is directed toward them, as they are a fertilized egg in their mother's womb. This situation involves protection from abortion or assault on the mother that results in a miscarriage. The other stage is the stage of coming into life, and here the issues of international law begin, particularly regarding the nationality of the owner of the egg, the nationality of the owner of the sperm, and the laws to which they are subject, or which laws should be directed toward protecting this young child.
