الملخص

Abstract:  Psychologically committed crimes Means Crimes that are predominantly personal in nature, the perpetrator causes emotions that affect the victim, with the intention of committing a crime, although the apparent actions of the perpetrator do not indicate that, and the aim is to cause the crime, and these actions occur on people, these behaviors affect the victim’s self and his nerves It is carried out by the perpetrator with the intention of causing the death of the victim or exposing him to harm or a defect in one or more body parts. Hope, despair, joy and sadness are nothing but feelings and sensations that interact with external factors and are affected by what is happening. A person must be emotional after every situation and event. Emotions reflect positively or negatively on their recipients. If those feelings are assaulted, there is damage to the aggressor, especially if that external influence on the victim intends through it to cause a crime
