Abstract

Abstract:Financial derivative tools are among the modern tools that are added to a specific term and are traded in stock markets. Dealing with financial derivatives requires one party to the contract, namely the seller, to transfer ownership of the securities subject to the contract and deliver them to the other party, which is the buyer, with the latter’s obligation. By paying the price of those securities to him, with the necessity of paying the commission amount by both parties, and their trading ends with their implementation through what is called the settlement established in the stock market by competent authorities specified by the law
