Abstract

Political parties are complex organizations that occupy an important position in the democratic system, as they need financial resources to perform their tasks.

That is, there must be political financing organized according to an effective and transparent law, whose importance stems from providing an environment based on achieving equality, fairness and fair competition between political parties and candidates.

Political funding has many sources, including what is provided by the government in terms of direct and indirect aid, and direct aid takes the form of cash subsidies paid to parties on a regular basis, while indirect aid includes the possibility of parties using government properties and facilities and the media, and these resources can have contributions Valuable in developing the ability of parties to organize themselves.
