The role of the legislature in government legislative work

Abstract: There is no doubt that the government exercises، in addition to the executive competencies، legislative competencies represented by the issuance of subsidiary legislation، that is، the issuance of laws and regulations of various types، and this subsidiary legislation، although it is within the competence of the executive authority، but that there can be a role for the legislative power in it، in addition to that. The legislative authority may issue a decision similar to the subsidiary legislation called the parliamentary decision، which has become competing with the executive authority in its issuance of organizational decisions.
