governmental organizations, in order to ensure that the administration does not abuse this right, and in Iraq the legislator took another approach when legislating Law of Non-Governmental Organizations No. 12 of 2010 did not give broad powers to the administration to regulate the work of non-governmental organizations, and the methods that the administration can intervene in to organize the work of these organizations do not rise to the required level that guarantees the administration powers and organizational methods for the work of non-governmental organizations.
