: When medicine advances and offers humanity new horizons of health, the law must respond. The contemporary legal approach seeks to adapt the law in accordance with contemporary technological developments, since the relationship between law and medicine is a close relationship. This calls for shedding light on the issue of legal liability for damages resulting from the use of medical technology, by defining the risks of the medical technician and studying the party that bears responsibility, such as the producer, promoter, and user of this technology, with an indication of the legal nature of this responsibility and its provisions by addressing the reasons for mitigation and general and specific exemptions for this.
