Abstract: The will is created by the will of the individual testator and he can recommend to one person or to more than one person within a third of the estate. If the will exceeds one third, it is suspended on the heirs ’leave. It is not permissible for the heirs to increase here. A problem appears that the jurists call the contention of wills, which is the recommended narrowness of comprehending all the commandments ,and Sharia and law jurists have devised several methods to lift this competition.
