Abstract

The peaceful settelement between arffeent societies and religious custom in our society and large challenge and embarrass necessity. The civil contreat that represantsin double exchange between persons of socitity either selling hiring or contract of marrigge considers as an important means to helps to unify between persons in society.

The origin of person is civil. The unification of human and peaceful settlements between than in one earth iconsider civil necessity that enforce to provide all means to achier the positive setted ement and one of therfe means are money exchange for improre the daily life.
