Abstract

Abstract: The contract of writing petitions is one of the important daily and practical contracts, as petitions are a means of protecting rights and legal positions and obtaining and confirming them for their owners, whatever the nature of those rights and legal positions, as it is a means of request that facilitates the process of conducting transactions before official and semi-official departments, but despite This importance has not been given an independent legal regulation that shows the rights and obligations of the two parties, namely the author of the petitions and the owner of the petition, and the responsibility that results from violating its provisions, as the legislator neglected many issues related to it, so it was necessary to address them and develop appropriate legal solutions for them.
