Adapting digital legacy

Abstract

Abstract:  The issue of adaptation in traditional inheritance issues is present and strongly and varies according to different legislation and systems. The inheritance may be considered among personal status issues as in the Arab countries, or within the issues of real status as in France. The adaptation process acquires great importance, not only as an important preliminary process for determining the basis of attribution, but also as defining the applicable law, but as a tool for achieving justice during the adaptation of the conflict.
