Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the one who was sent as a mercy to the planets, our Master Muhammad, his family and companions, and after.
In this issue, the magazine (Tikrit University for Law) enters its seventh year under its new name and with two new international numberings (for the paper edition and the electronic edition), to open its pages for law professors and students to publish their research and what their pens have created in terms of solid legal research in various branches of law.
The sixth year of the magazine was a year of abundant giving, as the magazine met all the conditions and standards required by the Arab Impact Coefficient and advanced in the classification. The magazine published about (160) research in various legal fields, distributed in (4) quarterly issues.
The past year also witnessed a remarkable increase in the number of research papers submitted by professors from outside the University of Tikrit, as the number reached more than 200 research papers, in addition to a good number of research papers submitted by professors from outside Iraq and from different universities and nationalities. And with this increase in research With the appearance of the new year magazine, this issue is issued to include between its covers (40) solid legal analysis that was submitted to the magazine from inside and outside Iraq, and from various academic institutions, to be a source of knowledge for legal science specialists.
On this occasion, I extend my sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to the journal's success, which was reflected in the doubling of the number of research submitted to it, which were selected from among the dozens of research submitted to the journal after specialized experts evaluated them.
