Legal status of minorities in the light of public international law

Abstract

      The research discusses the legal status of minorities from the point of view of international law, the statement of the concept and historical roots, standards and classifications and legal principles and rules set by the international law in the various stages that preceded and followed the first and second world wars and the Cold War and its aftermath, For the rights of these minorities and borders and means of protection, and the risks that accompanied the employment issue of minority interests and conflicts, and through the research is divided into an introduction, three SSI President and a number of sub demands dealt with the concept of minorities and the position of international law in the traditional and contemporary Mrahlth the question of minorities, then the finale included results and recommendations.
