Abstract

      The use of electronic computers in various areas of life has become an important part of the requirements of contemporary life has increased its users in recent years so that the removal of computer is almost impossible, but the use of computers, especially in the light of the Internet is not without the negative effects of acts of destruction and sabotage and disruption Erasing or maiming or disrupting computer data stored in primary or secondary storage devices or even damaging the physical parts of the computer, which causes damage to the user as justified by the claim Z, which has recognized that some of the legislation while other legislation still did not provide for the responsibility of the person for the acts of destruction mail.
