Criminal liability of legal persons for the crimes of security protection companies
Abstract
Modern criminal jurisprudence tends to support the recognition of the criminal responsibility of the criminal person, and considers that the recognition of this responsibility is only an inevitable consequence of careful analysis of the nature of the moral person and an indispensable means of protecting the interests of society. Security companies are companies subject to conditions of origin and recognition These companies have an independent legal personality, and since most of these companies have contracts with certain countries to carry out security work.
