Abstract

Therefore, non-explicit administrative decisions are the same as explicit administrative decisions in terms of the provisions of their appeal of abrogation or provisions of compensation lawsuits- comprehensive or whole judiciary. The administrative judge when considering the presented appeal has the powers and jurisdictions enabling him to regard the appeal as an explicit administrative decision and apply the proper legal framework that targets and conforms to the correct ruling.
