Modern evidence and its role in criminal evidence
Abstract
Criminal evidence is one of the most important subjects of criminal procedure. The purpose of the proof is to show the compatibility between the legal model of the crime and the incident presented, and to this end certain means of proof, which are all used to prove the truth, The discovery of a situation, an issue, a person or something, or what is useful in showing evidence and transferring it to the concrete real world.
Since the primary purpose of criminal proceedings is to identify the truth by proving the guilt or acquittal of the accused, it can not reach this end unless it is based on evidence that would persuade the judge or the court to convict the defendant or his innocence, Of impact on his conscience. The evidence, simply, is all that leads to the truth.
Given the remarkable importance of forensic evidence
In view of the remarkable importance of the evidence and its evidence in evidence, and because the technical progress has had a great impact in this field, I have chosen this subject to be the title of my research, in which I will try to combine the texts of the law and the applications of the Iraqi judiciary to give the research its practical nature.
