Abstract

In view of the great scientific development that has affected societies at different levels of cultural, social and economic development, which cast a shadow on the basic structure and the first building block of the community, which is the family, which first collided with the moral system of the social fabric, which became That must go hand in hand with the development in all areas, including the issue of family composition, determination of the proportions of the fetus and the search for alternatives to the natural ways of reproduction, including intervention in the process of reproduction and the solution of the issue industrially rather than normal. We therefore considered that this topic should be considered in order to identify such relations within the family within the legal, legitimate, ethical and social frameworks, as well as their impact on the provisions of the Penal Code.
