Acquisition and termination of rights in rem

Abstract

The acquisition or expiry of rights in rem for the duration of the term means determining the legal effect of the passage of time on the gain or expiry of the right in accordance with the legislative considerations it determines through the time limit required for the claim and on the basis of the nature of the claim in question and based on the position of the Iraqi legislator in law Iraqi civil Law No. 40 of 1951 amended and other laws in place of comparison.
