     The injury is a physical occurrence in the event of a surprise, which results in adverse effects. The accident is a sudden occurrence, and as such, after a symptom or an emergency that results in a negative effect, and which entails the violation of the value of the human being to preserve it, namely, Occupational Safety (1), knowing that there is a difference about what the elements and conditions sometimes we notice that some Egyptian literature determines the elements as the conditions , but our references confirm that the elements are independent of the terms.
