Abstract

       This study aims to address the issue of usufruct in the Jordanian Civil law a comparative study the importance of the study is to draw others to the ways of acquiring the right to benefit and in addition to increasing legal awareness, and we have indicated that the right of usufruct is the right of the eye the owner of the eye on the particular benefit while retaining In the right of the neck to have the right to act and the beneficiary has the right to use and exploit the user's eye the Civil Code has regulated the right of usufruct almost completely and has been subjected to the reasons for acquiring and deriving from acquiring it, identifying the rights and obligations of the parties and offering reasons for the expiry of the usufruct.
     Having been subjected to all the provisions of the Jordanian Civil Code in this regard by analyzing, presenting the opinion of the doctrine and comparing the provisions of Jordanian law with other laws such as the Algerian, Egyptian, Tunisian and French, we found some of the things that the legislator had to envisage when regulating the right of usufruct, as well as To other things that require the revision of certain articles or the addition of new materials so that the right of usufruct becomes effective on the ground because of the economic and practical importance of being a right to use and exploit things that are not benefiting from its existence
