Philosophical basis of the responsibility of a member of the legislature
Abstract
One manifestation of State sovereignty is the realization of the principle of accountability to all citizens of the State and the fact that a member of the legislature is a national of the State, and is therefore subject to the responsibility regulated by the Constitution and the law. The Constitution and the law were a legal basis for this responsibility, but the problem was in the search for a philosophical basis for this responsibility. We tried to look at the theories that were said to regulate the relationship of the MP to the voter and gave us a calendar of these theories by indicating the positive and negative aspects that emerged from their application, and the extent of suitability as a philosophical basis for the responsibility of a member of the legislature.
Accordingly, we discussed a solution to this problem through a statement of theories in the organization of the voter's relationship with the MP in three detectives, and we ended the search with a set of points containing the most important results we have reached.
