Abstract

Penal legislation has the advantage of differing perceptions of crimes according to its descriptions, and has significant interests to be achieved in the texts it produces, and the early completion of offences indicating legislative purposes for the development of certain crimes whose results are achieved at the first moment of the conduct, the results of which adhere to their behaviour, so no Imagined to be initiated, it is at the moment, and there is no room for any interference with the suspension or disappointment, in which the voluntary renunciation is not envisaged, and is deliberately committed in an unimaginable way, the legislator in its conduct requires that it be inherently reversible to effect, and does not negate its inability to continue, the consequences of which are aggression Who signs or threatens to inflict on fundamental interests and rights protected by legislation with harsh punishments in most cases, some of them have been made a special court with broad powers.
