Loitering in Iraqi criminal law

Abstract

Societies, depending on their development, suffer from certain manifestations that may show serious seriousness towards a specific group of society, thus accelerating the creation of effective solutions and among the manifestations of societies, especially the eastern Arab societies, including the phenomenon of loitering, which the Iraqi legislator has committed to a crime that requires Punishment, in order to combat this phenomenon so as not to lead to the growing criminal desire of those who practise this phenomenon, and the importance of the subject, we dealt with some brevity, focusing on the main factors leading to it, and the elements of the act that the legislator has criminalized in this respect and the mechanism through which it can be investigated K. Follow-up of perpetrators of such acts. To reach a healthy society with a spirit of cooperation, intimacy and love, without drifting into the quagmire of crime and the ravages of the individual and society alike.
