Liability provisions for illegal use of credit card-comparative study in Egyptian and Jordanian law-

Abstract

Some countries favor special concern in organizing a process to tackle security bankcard as it goes on in France, Britain and America. Conversely, the regulator in many countries has not cared much as in Jordan and Egypt. Such action creates a problem to finite the applicable regulation basis bylaws on the relationship between parties. Furthermore, problematic limitation of their civil responsibility requires dividing this study into two researches. Accordingly, the researcher deals first with the basic regulation to utilize the security bankcard; whereas, the second research focuses on the contract responsibility towards illegitimate usage of security bankcard.
