Abstract

Right to Privacy in genes is one of the most significant and even the serious rights inherent in the human person. Not only because they are considered as physical privacy , but also they act as a healthy future threshold and for the individual and his family and their social status. Therefore, the genes including his secret and privacy which he tries hardly to reserve it from individual privacy violence. As it considered as technological and technical development means which makes the access of his secrets more easier.


The genetic is one of improvement means if it is used under legislated regulation doesn't accept any fault or uncertainty either in convict or acquit as well as to prove lineage and treatment many health problems and within genetic engineering. consequently most of stipulated legislative contexts of this protection whether in the medical field or what can be included in the scope of the genetic engineering while concerning the criminal field it was insufficient which requires providing the necessary guarantees for its widely uses in almost fields what makes genetic data more importance that its source remain valid disregarding time , and its resistance to all environmental factors for long time.
