International and national protection of internally displaced persons

Abstract

         Most of the causes of displacement are the armed conflict between states or between armed groups and the existing political system or between them ,when each team tries to achieve victory over the other, it does not abide by the customary or legal rules that have been established to regulate conflicts, leaving victims, especially civilians, dead or wounded or leaving home .Seeking refuge in his country or crossing the border into neighboring countries in which he is a refugee.

     The internal phenomenon of forced displacement of persons has thus become a problem of many States because of armed conflicts and they still do not enjoy the necessary international and national protection .At the internal level, constitutional lawmakers have begun to pay particular attention to the drafting of international documents and have moved to strengthen them in accordance with evolution of the international political environment.
