Oil bonuses
Abstract
The oil bonusesare considered to be oil revenueswhich are received by the state in return for entering into the oil contract, Theyare adjusted by law either as general fees or as general price according to the state's approach to them.
The oil bonusesare realized in three forms according to the stage of the oil contract and those form are (the signature bonus - the exploration bonus - the production bonus).
The oil bonusare considered as a public asset that is not recoverable and is not subject to the provisions of the discount ,itis a non-refundable asset and is subject to the provisions of the tax deduction only as an exception.
