Abstract

The judicial ruling on proving domicile is of particular importance. It is possible to rely on proof of domicile where it is considered an official bond if a national court order is issued by the Iraqi courts because this ruling has the authority of the order. The foreign judicial ruling can be taken as evidence to prove domicile in international private relations. Although the Iraqi legislator did not refer to the validity of the foreign judicial ruling and did not refer to the real effect of it as an acceptable proof of proof, it was issued by an official and an official editor, as it has the power to prove its facts and facts.
