Concept of Home Service Contract (Comparative Study)

Abstract

      In this paper, we examine a comparative study of the concept of the contract of domestic service. We define the contract, define its characteristics, and therefore define the differences that distinguish it from the work contract, which prompted the legislator to establish a special organization. We then conclude and clarify the content of the agreement of the domestic worker and the head of the household. We conclude the research by studying the form of the domestic service contract and proving it by two parties. Contract, research findings and recommendations.
