Civil liability of a member of the legislature
Abstract
The existence of the legislative authority is one the most important aspects of a democratic society. Where the most important values of freedom and equality and participation in political life through them. Talking about the legislative power leads us to a basic assessment fact. A member parliament represent all members of the nation. This representation appears through the commitment of the MP to his responsibilities and duties which comes in the forefront of his presence to the meetings of the house of representatives. Therefore it raises the question of whother the MP can be held accountable for his civil duties when he violated his duties. From the above, we will discuss the solution to this question by stating the concept of responsibility of the member of the legislative authority and its procedures and the consequences resulting from the demands. We finished the research with a set of points containing the most important of our findings and recommendations.
