Limits of reservations in world Trade Organization conventions

Abstract

     The reservation is no longer a manifestation of state sovereignty, nor is it a tool for the creation of international consensus within the framework of international treaties, as under conventional international law. International political and economic interaction has become governed by new mechanisms that have emerged from the consequences of the Cold war and the domination of one pole The counting of contemporary international law.
