Compensation arising from outrages upon private privacy (comparative study)

Abstract

     Compensation is the therapeutic remedy for removing or mitigating the harm caused by the infringement of the right to privacy. It is a general sanction when the conditions of civil liability arising from outrages upon privacy are fulfilled, and the Iraqi civil legislator, in article 204, and that that "any other harm other than that mentioned in the preceding articles shall be compensable."
