Ruling on divorce in the non-Muslim year

Abstract

Muslim scholars are tasked to reach people in the most likely way - to the extent of their efforts - to the rule of God in matters of life that they live, especially the issues of modern civilization, which requires the statement of the legitimate provisions of these developments, and the issues that occur, especially after the migration of a large number of Iraqis out of Iraq, some to non-Muslim countries,And some of them made the country under the weight of the circumstances that prompted him to do so, he became in those countries have what the people of this country, and therefore what they have, including the submission to the non-Muslim judiciary in the family personal judgments, marriage and divorce and others.
