Crime of rape and other crimes of sexual violence in international criminal law
Abstract
Rape is one of the most serious crimes against women because it is on its display and honor and constitutes a flagrant violation of its physical integrity and dignity. Rape is also considered a crime that results in continuous physical and psychological harm, which is even more dangerous.
