Abstract

Legal system for Follower study in the Iraqi Nationality Law

     The study focused on an important aspect of the aspects that nationality system seeks to achieve a principle of unity of the family in terms of nationality in order to help the breadwinner family in that complements authority guidance and supervision on the members of his family, and this is reflected side in need to follow the individual in the family breadwinner in terms of receiving asexual and lost and recovered.  The study tended to establish the concept of the Nationality Law of the evaluation and rehabilitation of legal texts treatment of the subject over a search and corrected in the right direction, and remove what attacked opposes and propose appropriate texts to fill existing Legislative shortages.

    we simplified study on four hubs which dealt with determining the scope of the follower and how he gets original, acquired nationality and a statement how to lose and return it ,  At the conclusion of the study explained the most important Results and recommendations
