Electoral campaigns are one of the stages of the electoral process through which each candidate can express himself, his ideas and his electoral program and explain it to the voters so that he can get popular support to win the elections. The electoral campaigns are based on principles and principles such as equality of candidates in campaigning And the neutrality of the state authorities to candidates during campaigns, and should be limited to campaigns for the purpose of organizing, as some of the candidates to harness all their human and material potential for the purpose of changing the election result to access to power, so campaigns are one of those means used And then gives a picture of himself and his program and mechanisms of work and political perception of the public contrary to reality, a means to win the satisfaction of individuals and ensure victory of the elections. Many countries use their electoral legislation to set a time limit for campaigning in terms of start date In the exercise of election campaigns and in terms of the end of the so-called period of silence electoral, and therefore it can be said that the temporal framework of election campaigns consists of the start and end of election campaigns, the period of electoral silence.
