Cost of application of the spouse (comparative study)

Abstract

   The majority of scholars agreed that  not to bind the husband's alimony telemedicine his wife ,  whereas  the Personal Status Law has obliged spouse's alimony telemedicine wife but it did not determine the levels of the alimony , which is paid by the husband , it is very clear through this research that he should endure expenditures of doctor normal, birth expenses , without the obligation to give the expenses of serious surgical operations
