The concept and framework for regional international cooperation
Abstract
The concept of international cooperation, its forms, its attempts and its means through the history have developed, as it originally worked as an essential unit for the global system. Its beginning was unknown before the emersion and emergence of the state system. With the evolution of the global system, the role of the state diminished, as it no longer the only active power in this system. So other units appeared alongside ,no less important or effective in the movement of international cooperation, perhaps the most important is the international organizations. This section is divided into three branches, the first one deals with the definition of the concept of regional international cooperation in language and idiomatically. The second is about human security in language and idiomatically, while the third branch deals with the legal basis for international cooperation
