Abstract

No longer legal texts contained in the sale and lease of state property law No. 21 of 2013 in spite of his youth, which dealt with how to advertise public auctions conducted by the administration when the sale or lease of its properties movable and immovable keep pace with developments in the field of publishing and advertising, especially after the tremendous development that took place in the field of telecommunications, is no longer the provisions of this law keep pace with the texts of the comparison of laws in the field of advertising, as no longer post an announcement in the daily local newspaper in Baghdad achieves the goal of the legislator technically and financially, so it has to be rewritten to these texts so as to ensure the achievement of the goal of the Declaration .
