Compensation for damage caused by terrorist acts
Abstract
Terrorist acts are a formidable subject that has occupied researchers because terrorism is a global phenomenon. It is possible that any country in the world, no matter how immune from terrorist attacks, is the victim of a terrorist attack. The rules of traditional responsibility, as the states tried to find solutions, including Iraq in Law No. 20 of 2009, which provides compensation for the affected, identified the damages to be compensated and established a body under the title (Central Committee to compensate the affected).
