Abstract

To prevail peace and security in the international community must be a judicial body, with a mandate to consider the legal disputes that need to be doing among the members of this community and should this be the state mandatory and court decisions are enforceable against the will of the party that judgment was issued against him, so We will address this in two demands, as will be described in the first demand from the role of international arbitration in settling disputes in the second requirement of it, we will address the role of the international Court of Justice in the settlement of disputes.
