The legal nature of the crime of trafficking in human organs internationally

Abstract


            The crime of trafficking in human organs are transnational and cannot be addressed only through international cooperation crimes, and this requires more than a decade joint cooperative agreements, and that contribute to strengthening the role of national and international laws to support the initial adoption of the rule of law constants, because the disposition of the Members Human usually is agreement two wills in accordance with the principle of offer and acceptance or the will of one usurping unilateral act, and sometimes the two wills with Jeremy approach involving the doctor and the thief human member, shops and mediator, and where the victim Buster, all of which are contrary to the law and ethical norms, social, religious and legal norms.
