Disciplinary sanctions for workers in Iraqi labour Law (comparative study)
Abstract
In carrying out the work assigned to the project, the worker may be in breach of the duties assigned to her and may intentionally cause harm, thereby impeding the regular and steady operation of the project, so the legislator has been able to arrange disciplinary sanctions imposed by the employer in case of breach of his duties, which are designed to hold the I hope that if he is out of his business requirements, these penalties vary according to the seriousness of the disciplinary error committed by the worker, since there are penalties directly applicable to the worker's right without any prejudice to the contract of employment, and is offset by another penalty affecting the employment contract, which is the penalty of dismissal of the worker, where the penalty Termination of the employment contract if the reasons for its signature by the employer are fulfilled.
