Abstract

The reasons optional subject of this study is faced by the civilian population from the dangers and the damage directly and indirectly caused by the serious violations of human rights in general and forced displacement in particular and the consequent negative results are endless, and all these reasons and found the urgent need to touch on the issue of compensation both were forcibly deported from their areas or cities, starting from the moment they fall under the pressure of fear and terror and fleeing from their homes through everything that they faced during that period of the tragedies and horrors down to the stage of their return back to their areas that come out of them.
The issue of compensation for the displaced population forcibly in their own countries and who have been to force them out of their areas of great importance due to the spread of the phenomenon of forced displacement extensively and large in most countries, as well as the compensation is fair that gave them during their displacement all this caught my attention and strongly to prepare a study in which I take the problem of damages resulting from the forced displacement of individuals within their countries and find the necessary solutions to compensate them in a fair and equitable if there was an opportunity to compensate them, in light of the legal provisions in force and other texts hoped its proposal to enter into force, and it goes without saying that one of the causes of forced displacement is the terrorist acts that have cost the state budget heavy losses to cope with such a large lesion, making it unable to meet the requirements of forcibly displaced within their own countries. The number of displaced Iraqis has reached locally limit (5000000) five million displaced, according to the parliamentary committee in the Iraqi parliament's report.
