State criminal responsibility for the crime of international terrorism
Abstract
The crime of international terrorism is a very serious international crime against the entire international community and threatens international peace and security. It is therefore logical to ask the State as a subject of international public law for its international crimes, including the crime of international terrorism. International law imposed by a peremptory norm of general international law.
One of the consequences of this responsibility is for the State to assume the mandate in favor of the State which has suffered damage as a result of such action.
However, the word international jurisprudence did not agree on the criminal responsibility of the state, between the supporter of this responsibility, and the rejectionist
